Moreover, once a quarter, under the watchful eye of our Bar Chef - Damian Dylewski - we release an original menu consisting of about 8-10 cocktails created from scratch by the bar team. Currently, we are hosting a thematic quarter inspired by Cartoon Network.
Dram specializes in classic and signatory cocktails, mixology and combining interesting with surprising is our passion. However, the most important thing for us is to ensure that the cocktails we serve are matched to your atmosphere of the evening, your mood and personal preferences.
We want to serve emotions on a plate at Dram. Our goal is to surprise you with the taste and look of each dish, and to turn eating into a whole new experience – one that’s rich in flavor, texture, and visuals.
We use fresh, seasonal ingredients – they help us create a menu that feels current and full of character.
We focus on details and well-thought-out combinations.

For every beginner, aspiring or experienced fan of aged spirits, we will be happy to offer a selection of bottles of the selected type. As part of the tasting, we will give you an introduction to the tasting workshop, the basics of organoleptic and tell you about the alcohol served, so that the moments spent over our drams (tasting glasses) will be remembered for a long time.

Every day in Dram you will find live music, saxophone sounds or trumpets from the Poznań Academy of Music.
Every Wednesday we organize JAZZ JAM SESSION, which has become a permanent part of the musical agenda of the inhabitants of Poznań. We also organise exhibitions, meetings and tastings with famous figures from the world scene of whisky, rums and gins.
As the only place in Poznań, we conduct full evening cocktail workshops. During the workshops, we will familiarise you with the secrets of bartending art and with recipes for the most popular classic cocktails, we will also show you how to recreate the known recipes at home. Of course, it will not do without mixing and trying your own creations. Workshops last about 2 hours.
